Tuesday's Workout of the Day (WOD)
You chose the stairs that works for you. I recommend doing this on stadium stairs.
Simple simple.
You sprint up (Fast fast) and then grapple down crunching in a spider man push up... all the way down. If you don't know what that is than no worries. You can google it. Rinse and repeat. This workout promotes explosiveness while respecting that this is a full body workout.
Up and down qualifies as one set.
If you can hang for a full 6 sets then you are truly a beast. Again, all these WODs are just sneak peaks behind the curtain, into my world of workouts, that I have already done.
