Hotel PT

Round 2 of 3. I actually recorded round 1 but messed up and called what I was doing leg lifts. Ha

I know its early in my training but I wanted to get in my mindset that even though I wasn't anywhere near where i usually can go to train I can still have momentum being creative because training should never stop because of the environment you are in.

I figured if I cant be in a gym I need to start getting my body trained on sit-ups early too.
