Diary: Day 2

Listened to my planned mental exercises through out the day and felt confident and strong going into today's workout. Completed leg exercises today and felt good that I put out solid full range workout on my legs. Finished today with the push-up and sit up test intentionally after today's workout to see how I would do under stressed conditions. Although I'm not 100% content with my numbers I can go to bed satisfied that I have a solid baseline to work from. Lessons Learned: I need to go into my workouts with the same mental game face as if I was going into the event each and every time. Nothing else exists outside of the workout moment but the workout. I need to convince my mind that each time I step into the workout space that I'm battling at the event. Same mind.

When asked: "Any advice on how I can get faster and better when training" Seal answer: "If you want to run faster then you have to run faster."
