Diary: Day 4


Started on the stair master going 60 flights then transitioning to treadmill for 1 mile fast run. For second set repeated for 30 flights and 1 mile even faster pace on treadmill. Finished with fastest set between the two ending last 1 in full sprint. Rested then completed plan with my ab workout. Overall I am satisfied with the follow through with this plan even though I was skeptical when I first put this plan together if two machines together would be challenging enough. I feel good about narrowing my focus and remembering that I don't have to win the war just focus on the moment and be the master of the moment. Narrow focus, strong conviction to master the moment since that is all that matters and is what is in my immediate control.

I think I will go home now.
