Mission complete! Day 9 is a wrap!


I was trying to think of when was the last time I sprinted and it had been a while. Sticking to the schedule I started to do these sprints inside to get my body acclimated to how it feels to be exhausted. I guess this is the first of many late nights where i purposely put myself in this state of exhaustion to sort of grow use to this discomfort.
