Diary: Day 12 (Don't be a Little Bitch!)
I decided to do the stair master today to push my ability to drive when feeling the burn and lactic acid build up in my body.
Plan: 60 flights, 1 mile, 30 flights, 1 mile, 30 flights, 1 mile. Then abs. I want to do better than last time I did this.
Truth: Each time I went back to run the mile I knew I needed to push myself to run faster than I did before knowing full well that the burn and pain from coming off the stairs was worse since there was no break in between sets. The last mile was basically a full on sprint.
Actual: 70 flights, 1 mile, 35 flights, 1 mile, 41 flights, 1 mile sprint.
Now this routine did suck.
