Diary: Confession
It's hard to gain traction tonight. Motivation is a struggle.
Sorry I'm back. I'm not happy with tonight's work out because I didn't feel that level of exhaustion where I could pass out. I felt I could have gone harder and I blame me for probably not planning enough sleep in. So I'm repeating this workout tomorrow in addition to tomorrow's planned workout. I'm going to go home, get a full 8 hours of sleep and come back and crush it until I pass out or throw up.
