Stop Over Thinking Things

You can over train your mind. So, don't over think things. Actively take in knowledge but also take the time to actively understand and digest that new knowledge. And sometimes all it takes is to stop thinking and to feel. Deliver what you know into action through feeling. Transfer what you know is right into the physiology of your life. So, control your shit and make it work.
