Easy is not an option... Period! The first thing you have to understand is that it is suppose to be hard. It is suppose to uncomfortable. It is suppose to hurt. It is suppose to bring you to the edge. The sooner you understand that and accept that is the way it is and will never suppose to ease up, then you will make it. When it's time to get to work I flip the switch and say to myself...
