Revised Training Schedule


Diary: I revised my training schedule after going live with my plan and believe I have nailed down a solid tangible plan. In about 3 weeks the intensity will increase and I will begin to get more and more heavily engaged in rucking. My plan is to share my scheduled ruck days and at times in order to maintain a level of sanity when doing these rucks. I only plan on sharing in about 2 month windows. For now here is what my training schedule looks like for the remaining days of February.
