Cold Water Immersion

I always felt that its ignorant not to respect the environment you may be in but to understand it out of respect much the same as when you see a force of nature and aren't afraid but aware that it is real and exists. I wasn't going to repeat anything this article says about this but just give my thoughts. First read this and take what you will from this that makes sense to you. This is part of project Icarus I think I mentioned several posts ago.
