Ask a Cadre

Question: I need instruction for how to conduct a proper sit-up for Selection? Navy has your arms crossed in front of your chest while Navy Specwar has your hands behind your head. AF is behind your head and same for Army APFT. I need guidance from a cadre on what is the proper form from start to finish for a situp including the allowed holding position for the spotter? I want to train the same exact way I will be expected to perform. Thank you guys in advance.
