WOD - Breaking Wild Day 1

So here's how this works. The mission is to complete the entire WOD no matter how long it takes.

First off complete the warm-up, in order, before you attempt the actual workout.

Second off when you get to the "Inside" section of the WOD each bullet-ed portion is meant so you execute them in succession immediately following the other. For example, execute a squat set of 12 reps then immediately jump into the farmer's carry. Rest and repeat that cycle for 3 complete sets in total. Execute calf raises then the gorilla complex / pull-up group in the same manner as the squat / farmer's carry group I explained earlier. If you don't know how to do a gorilla complex, hinge lift, or plate lift then no worries. Check out the videos at the end of this.

Last part... "Outside"

The 25 meter sprint is done immediately following the overhead sandbag toss. Rest 4 minutes then execute the next 25 meter sprint immediately following the sandbag drag on the return. Rest again then run 1 mile at a pace where you don't stop. Then when you think it's all over repeat the entire "Outside" routine for one more cycle.

Got it? Remember, the mission is to finish this whole routine. This is Day one.
