Tuesday's Workout of the Day (WOD)
You want to get in on this? The challenge is simple. Execute a 100 yard movement of walking lunges with a weighted ruck to your back using the weight you believe is right for you. Break this up as you see fit. After all its your legs, so love them long time.
The 300 step ups must be done at a height of at least 14 inches high to get max bennies. I recommend breaking this up if you want to stay sane. Echo echo... 150 step ups per leg. Don't forget! You still have that ruck on.

Last but not least, get down and crank out some old school flutter kicks. Remember that ruck? Well, just hold on to it.... Straight out in front of your chest.
